摘要
从一阶波动方程出发,详细推证了声表面波一阶耦合模微分方程,得到一个对任何声表面波器件普适的一阶耦合模方程,并阐明了方程中各参数及变量的物理意义,为精确分析和设计低损耗声表面波器件提供了最基础的理论依据。
From the first order wave equation,the derivation and proof of the first order coupled-mode(COM)differential equation for SAW are performed in detail.A COM equation suitable for any SAW device is obtained,and the physical definitions of the parameters and variables are described.This may provide a theoretical base for the precise analysis and the design of low loss SAW devices.
