关于“湖南省民间社团组织(NGO)在帮助‘弱势群体’中的作用和现状”的调研报告

Investigative Report on "the Functions and Situations of the Non-governmental Organization(NGO) in Hunan Province to Help the Weak Groups"

随着NGO的迅速发展,社会对它也日益关注,因此湖南省政协特成立一个调研小组对湖南省民间社团(NGO)帮助弱势群体的情况进行调查。本调研报告就是对此次调查情况的一个总结和思考。本调研报告共包括五部分,第一部分阐述了在中国发展NGO的必要性;第二部分介绍了国内外先进NGO的成功经验;第三部分结合此次调查分析了湖南NGO的现状,重点阐述了湖南NGO存在的问题或困难,报告的第四部分结合湖南省的实际情况提出了促进湖南省NGO发展的建议;报告的第五部分是结语。我们希望能为湖南NGO的发展尽一份微薄之力。

Withthe rapid development of NGO, Hunan Provincial Consultative Conference deliberately sets up a investigation and study panel to investigate the present situation of helping the weak groups. This investigative report is the summary and thought of the investigation. This report contains five parts： firstly, it is about the necessity of developing NGO; secondly, it is about the successful and advanced experience from overseas; thirdly, with the investigation, it is about the conditions of NGO in Hunan province, especially their problems, and the causes to the problems; fourthly, consulting the fact of Hunan province, the writers proposal some suggestions to accelerate the development of NGO; fifthly, it is about the conclusion. We hope that we can do some thing to the development of NGO.
