在社会工作发达的国家,历奇为本辅导被广泛应用于青少年社会工作的实务中。社会工作在中国内地也正在进入蓬勃发展的阶段,一些机构应用野外历奇和流动历奇为青少年进行服务。文中将通过分析历奇背后的理念———与社会工作的结合、体验学习的方法、对游戏和青少年的特点的利用等对历奇进行探讨,并对历奇的过程和使用的技巧进行分析,以期对历奇进行感性和理性的剖析,为社会工作者带来帮助和启发。

In those countries where social work is well - developed, adventur- based counseling is widely used in the practice of social work for youth. Social work in mainland is developing with. each passing day, some agencies have deployed it mobilely or in the open country when provide services to youth.This paper aims at discussing the concept of adventure - based counseling, introducing and analyzing the process and skills of social workers in order to help the social worker who will be in charge of it.
