With the deepening of the opening and reform , the opening cities along the coast have become the concentrated areas for nationalities from all over the country to gather. As a result, it is an increasing trend that the cities are of multi-nationality and multi-culture. The multi-nationality and the multi culture have been going side by side with each other in such a way that the latter is based on the former and will become the final form of the national culture in city development.
