紫草多糖的微波提取及含量测定

Microwave technique extraction and content determinations ofpolysaccharide of Lithospermum erythrorhizon

目的以微波从紫草中提取多糖,并测定其含量。方法运用微波技术用水提醇沉法提取紫草多糖,用苯酚-硫酸比色法于490 nm波长处测定其多糖含量。结果测得紫草中多糖含量为2．93％,平均回收率为99． 28％,RSD=1．22(n=5)。结论运用微波技术可从紫草中提取出多糖,方法简便,省时,提取率较高。

Objective： To extract polysaccharides from Lithospermum erythrorhizon with the microwave technique and determine its content. Methods： The polyseccharides of Lithospermum erythrorhizon were obtained through hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation by microwave technique, whose content was determined by phenol - vitriolic colorimetry. Results： The polsaecharides content of Lithospermum erythrorhizon was 2.93%, and the average recovery was 99. 28%, RSD= 1.22 （ n = 5）, Conclusion： The polysaccharides extrated from Lithospermum erythrorhizon can be obtained by microwave technique.
