摘要
目的以微波从紫草中提取多糖,并测定其含量。方法运用微波技术用水提醇沉法提取紫草多糖,用苯酚-硫酸比色法于490 nm波长处测定其多糖含量。结果测得紫草中多糖含量为2.93%,平均回收率为99. 28%,RSD=1.22(n=5)。结论运用微波技术可从紫草中提取出多糖,方法简便,省时,提取率较高。
Objective: To extract polysaccharides from Lithospermum erythrorhizon with the microwave technique and determine its content. Methods: The polyseccharides of Lithospermum erythrorhizon were obtained through hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation by microwave technique, whose content was determined by phenol - vitriolic colorimetry. Results: The polsaecharides content of Lithospermum erythrorhizon was 2.93%, and the average recovery was 99. 28%, RSD= 1.22 ( n = 5), Conclusion: The polysaccharides extrated from Lithospermum erythrorhizon can be obtained by microwave technique.
