旱莲草水提物对小鼠的抗炎镇痛作用

Anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects of Herba eclipta prostrata aqueous extract on mice

目的观察旱莲草(HEP)水提物的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用二甲苯致炎法、光辐射热甩尾法、冰醋酸扭体法观察旱莲草灌胃给药后对小鼠的抗炎镇痛作用。结果 HEP水提物能明显抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓炎性肿胀,对光热辐射所致的小鼠疼痛和冰醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应均有显著抑制作用。结论旱莲草具有显著的抗炎镇痛作用。

Objective： To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of herba eliptae prostrata aqueous extract. Methods：After the mice were given HEP 15g/kg, 30g/kg, ig, the anti-lnflammatory and analgesic effects of HEP were observed by means d dimethylbenzene inducing ear edema model, acetic acid inducing writhing modal and light hot method. Results： It was found that the mouse＇ s ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene was evidently suppressed by HEP. At the same time, the writhing reaction, induced by antimony potassium tartrate was inhibited and the pain threshold induced by light hot was increased significantly in mice. Conclusion： HEP has notable effects on antiinflammation and analgesia.
