The History and Development of Corpus-based Translation Studies ——A Review of Corpus-based Translation Studies: Theory, Findings, Applications

语料库翻译研究兴起于20世纪90年代,并发展迅速,越来越引起翻译理论界的重视。本文力求结合英国翻译理论家SaraLaviosa于2002年推出的《语料库翻译研究:理论、发现和应用》一书的有关内容,对语料库翻译研究作一概括性介绍,让我国读者对西方语料库翻译研究获得比较全面的了解和正确的认识。目的是借鉴西方在这一领域的研究成果,更好地拓展我国翻译研究的新视野。

Recent years have witnessed a significant growth of corpus-based translation studies that appeared in the beginning of the 1990s. Based on Sara Laviosa＇s book entitled Corpus-based Translation Studies： Theory, Findings, Applications（2002）, this paper attempts to give a general introduction to corpus-based translation studies so that our Chinese readers could get a full understanding and correct knowledge of this newly emerging academic field. The purpose of writing this article is to usher in a new paradigm from the western academic findings and broaden our horizons of translation studies in China.
