摘要
目前关于多孔硅(PS)发光特性研究已成为材料科学中的一个新热点,以电致发光器件为主攻方向的有关多孔硅的可能应用在不断报道。本文就此介绍了目前多孔硅电致发光器件的研究现状并对多孔硅发光器件在应用上存在的问题和研究方向作了一些讨论。
Recent research on luminescent characteristics of porous silicon has become a new hot spot in material science, and the possible application with emphasis on the eleetroluminescent devices has been reported. The paper describes the present research of porous silicon electroluminescent device, and also discusses its existing problems and future development.
