基于语言评价矩阵的评判专家水平的研究

A Study on the Assessment Level of Experts Based on Linguistic Assessment Matrices

针对语言评价矩阵的评判专家水平问题,本文给出了一种分析方法。首先,给出了有关语言评价矩阵及两个语言之间的一致性定义;然后,通过定义有关专家对各个方案的一致性指标及专家对各个指标的一致性指标,给出了基于语言评价矩阵形式偏好信息的专家评判水平的判别方法及专家群体判断共识性的分析方法。最后,通过一个算例说明了本文提出的分析方法。

With respect to the problem of assessment level of experts based on the linguistic assessment matrixes, in this paper, an analytic method is proposed. Firstly, the concepts of linguistic assessment matrix and the consensus definition between two linguistic values are introduced. Then, based on defining the consistency index of each expert on each alternative and the consistency index of each expert on each index, a judgment approach to each expert＇ assessment level and the analytic approach to group experts＇ judgment consistency based on the linguistic assessment information are given, Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the use of the proposed approach.
