摘要
针对某发动机进气门早期疲劳断裂问题,进行了材料、热处理质量、加工精度、断裂性质等多方面的分析,最终确认该批气门的早期疲劳断裂原因与其锁夹槽部机械加工粗糙度较差产生的应力集中有关。
Aiming to early fatigue fracture of an engine intake valve,through the analysis on many aspects such as the materials,heat treatment quality,machining accuracy,fracture character,etc.,it is found that the reason causing an earlier fatigue fracture of the intake valve is related to the stress concentration in the slot area due to inferior machined surface roughness.
