论构建和谐社会进程中的农民工政治参与——不可忽视的“四农问题”

On Peasant Workers' Political Participation in the Process of Building the Harmonious Society

农民工是我国改革开放的产物,是我国社会转型时期一个非常特殊的阶层。随着我国社会的发展,虽然其经济地位和生活水平都有了明显的改善,但其政治生活水平,尤其是其政治参与状况却并不十分乐观。拟对农民工政治参与的意义、现状与问题进行具体分析,并在此基础上提出对策思考,以期引起对农民工制度化、理性化政治参与问题的关注。

Peasant workers, as the outcome of the reforming and opening up to the outside world of our country, are a very special stratum of the social transition of our country. Along with the development of our society, their economic position and living standard have got obvious improvement, but their political living standard, especially political-participating condition, is not very optimistic. This article intends to carry out specific analysis on the meaning, the present situation and problem of peasant-workers＇ political participation, and put forward countermeasure thought on this basis in order to draw close attention to the issue of peasant workers＇ institutionalized and rational political-participation.
