Image Scrambling Algorithm based on Affine Cipher and Stream Cipher

运用仿射密码和流密码的原理,提出了一种能适用于任何图像文件格式的图像置乱和恢复算法,并通过对实际图像的实验,验证了该算法的有效性。

This paper proposed a new algorithm which can scramble and descramble any image based on affine cipher and stream cipher. The test results show that the new algorithm is effective.
