摘要
利用线性渐变滤光器与线列多元HgCdTe光导探测器组合,研制出8~14μm长波多通道HgCdTe光导探测器,探测器光谱分辨率接近0.2μm。文中给出了多通道探测器光谱响应曲线,分析了多通道探测器的设计特性。
It is reported in this paper that a 8 ̄14μm long wavelength multichannel HgCdTe photoconductive detector may be manufunctured from a linear multielement HgCdTe photoconductive detector integrated with some selected linear variable filters. The multichannel detector is tested that the spectral resolution is about 0.2μm, the average detectivity of each channel (Dλ) is 5.0×1010cmHz1/2W-1, and the average waveband responsivity (Rλ) is larger than 5.0×104V / W. Finally, the spectral response curves are presented, and the constructive characteristics of the multichannel detector are analyzed.
