摘要
通过模拟发动机工况及参考国外的疲劳试验方法,对气缸体进行疲劳试验,可以确定气缸体的耐压性能和气缸体上主轴承盖的承载能力,由此确定气缸体的疲劳寿命,从而得出发动机气缸体的安全系数,为气缸体的设计、生产提供可靠的依据。
By simulating engine working conditions and with a reference of foreign fatigue test methods of engine block,the cylinder block fatigue tests were performed to measure the block pressure resistance and the bearing capacity of cylinder main beating spacer,accordingly to determine the fatigue life of cylinder block and obtain the safety factor of engine cylinder.It can offer credible reference to the design and production of cylinder block.
