简要介绍了在线量仪的基本结构、类型和特点,重点介绍了在线量仪在发动机生产制造中的应用,并以磨削、珩磨等机械加工中应用的在线量仪为例,对其结构、原理和检测工作过程进行了介绍。最后,又以国产化改造的进口在线量仪(带有自动补调功能的)为例,介绍了量仪的基本配置及改造所取得的成果和效益。

This paper introduced in brief the basic structure,type and characteristics of the on-line gage,with emphasis on the application of on-line gage in engine manufacturing,It also introduced in detail the structure, principle and measure process of on-line gage,taking example for the on-line gages applied in machine process such as grinding, honing, etc.Finally , it gave an example of the imported on-line gage （with the function of auto compensation） which has been nationalized to reform,as well as its basic layout and benefit obtained from the reformation.
