Comprehensive Development Strategy of Ethnic Economy in the Boundary Area of Gansu, Qinghai and Sichuan Provinces

特殊的自然地理环境使得甘、青、川交接区域具有多样且交错分布的经济地域类型,也使得农牧业成为该区域主要而又稳定的传统劳动地域分工,从而形成了区域内各民族不同的经济文化特征。自然、历史、文化等因素的多重制约作用使该区域经济发展还十分落后。在国家全面建设小康社会、实施西部大开发战略和即将规划“十一五”的背景下,筹划这一地区的经济开发应成为国家及相关省区着重考虑的一件大事。

Special natural and geological environment brings diverse and interconnected local economic modes to the boundary area of Gansu, Qinghai and Sichuan Provinces; makes agriculture and husbandry main and stable industry; and develops different economic and cultural characteristics in the area. Economic development is very underdeveloped due to negative natural, historical and cultural factors. As China is building well - off society in full, is implementing the strategy of Development of West Regions and is going to make 11th five- year plan; both the state and the provincial governments should take the regional economic development as a key issua.
