中老年高尿酸血症对血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:23

Effect of hyperuricemia on the endothelium-dependent relaxing function of brachial artery in middleaged people

摘要 目的探讨中老年高尿酸血症对血管内皮功能的影响。方法对100例48-68岁经健康体检无心血管疾病或痛风者(其中50名血尿酸正常对照者,50例高尿酸血症者),应用高分辨率超声显像法检测其肱动脉血管内皮依赖性舒张功能。结果两组的肱动脉内径基础值[分别为(3.8±0.6)mm 和(3.8±0.7)mm]及含服硝酸甘油后肱动脉内径变化百分率[分别为(19±5)%和(19±6)%],差异均无统计学意义,高尿酸血症组反应性充血后肱动脉内径变化的百分率[(12±4)%]较正常对照组[(17±5)%]显著降低(P<0.01)。结论中老年高尿酸血症患者存在血管内皮功能障碍。 Objective To study the effect of hyperurieemia on the endothelium-dependent relaxing in middle-aged population. Methods One hundred middle-aged participants without cardiovascular disease and gout were included in this study. Fifty of them with normal serum uric acid levels and the others with hyperuricemia. Endothelial-dependent relaxing function was measured with high-resolution B-mode ultrasound in all participants. Results Flow-medlated dilatation was significantly impaired in the group of hyperuricemia compared with matched controls with normal serum uric acid levels (12%±4% vs 17%±5%, P〈0.01). There was no significant difference in baseline [(3.8±0.6) mm] vs [(3.8±0.7) mm] and the nitroglycerin-induced dilatation (19%±5% vs 19%±6%) in the two groups. Conclusion Endothelium-dependent relaxing is impaired in middle-aged patients with hyperuricemia, and increased serum uric acid levels may be a risk factor of cardiovascular disease.
