缺氧诱导因子-1的功能及其在类风湿关节炎滑膜炎症中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 氧稳态的维持是细胞生命活动的基本前提。在进化过程中,细胞生物体获得了一系列机制以适应氧浓度变化。其中最重要的低氧信号传递因子是缺氧诱导因子-1(hypoxia—inducible factor-1,HIF-1)。HIF-1是广泛存在于哺乳动物和人体的一种核转录因子,在缺氧组织新生血管生成及细胞增殖、存活、铁代谢、能量代谢等许多方面起关键作用.目前有超过60种基因被鉴定为其靶基因。现对HIF-1的生物学功能及其在类风湿关节炎(RA)发病机制中的作用作一综述。
