摘要
本文讨论了常规月台和封闭月台的优缺点,对冷库采用常规月台和封闭月台两种方案进行深入分析。重点计算比较了两种方案的全年热负荷,并分析了两种方案的投资和运行费用。结果表明,冷库开门热流量的计算,目前国家标准的计算方法与国外常用的Gosney计算式的结果有很大的差别。采用Gosney计算式时,应用封闭月台方案的全年总热负荷小于常规月台方案。采用封闭低温月台能提高冻品在流通过程的质量,并具有节能效果。
The advantages and disadvantages about open dock and refrigerated dock are discussed. Two kinds of docks are analyzed under the same condition of cold storage. Annual heat loads, investments and running costs in two cases are calculated respectively. The results show that there is a great different in computing results between Chinese National Standard and Gosney' s formula for computing door infiltration load. Annual total refrigeration load for refrigerated docks is less than that of open docks when Gosney's formula for computing door infiltration load is used. The quality of refrigerated food and energy efficiency of cold storage will be improved when refrigerated dock is adopted.
