摘要
目的观察中药益气明目口服液对大鼠实验性高眼压所致视网膜缺血再灌注诱发视网膜损害的保护作用。方法所有大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、低剂量组、高剂量组。经前房恒压灌注生理盐水60 min,建立视网膜缺血再灌注损伤的动物模型。低剂量组与高剂量组于造模前7 d分别给予不同剂量的益气明目口服液灌胃给药,正常组及模型组给予等量生理盐水灌胃。观察缺血再灌注损伤后1,3,7,15 d各组视网膜电图(ERG)中a波及b波的变化。结果正常组大鼠左、右眼(ERG)a波及b波的振幅差异无显著性的意义;缺血再灌注损伤后,模型组大鼠ERG a波及b波的振幅均呈持续性、进行性下降;益气明目口服液低、高剂量组对实验大鼠缺血再灌注损伤后ERG a波振幅的降低均有保护作用,益气明目口服液高剂量组可有效保护缺血再灌注损伤后ERG b波振幅的降低。结论益气明目口服液对视网膜缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Yiqi Mingmu solution on retinal injury of rats induced by ischemia reperfusinn injury.METHODS All SD rats were divided into four groups randomly. Retinal ischemia reperfusion was induced by raising the intraocular pressure tbr 60min via an intrachameral catheter in rats. Different doses of Yiqi Mingmu solution were respectively given 7 d betbre ischemia.The rats in normal and model control group were treated with saline. At 1, 3,7 and 15 d after the ischemia reperfusion injury, the change of electroretinogram (ERG) a and b wave were observed. RESULTS The difference of the average amplitude of ERG a and b wave was not significant between left eyes and right eyes in the normal group. The average amplitude of ERG a and b wave gradually decreased after the ischemia reperfusion injury in the model control group. Yiqi Mingmu solution owned protective effect on the decrease of ERG a wave after rat retina ischemia reperfusion injury. High dose of Yiqi Mingmu solution had protective effect on the decrease of ERG b wave after rat retina ischemia reperfusion injury. CONCLUSION Yiqi Mingmu solution has protective effect on rat retina ischemia reperfusion injury.
