用DHS螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折

Treatment of intertrochanteric fracture with DHS

目的:探讨应用动力髓螺钉(DHS)治疗股骨粗隆部骨折的效果。方法:采用DHS治疗股骨粗隆部骨折45例。结果:经过平均18个月的随访,45例均达临床愈合,按董纪元疗效评价标准,优27例,良12例,可6例,优良率达87%。结论:DHS治疗股骨粗隆部骨折固定可靠,操作易掌握,髋内翻发生率低,是目前治疗股骨粗隆部骨折较理想的方法之一。

Objective：To explore treatment results of intetrrochanterie fracture with DHS.Methods ： Since 1999, 45 cases of intertrochanteric fracture has been treated with DHS. Results： Through to average follow- up 18 months,there were 45 cases cures.According to the Dong ji yu standards of grading, the cure rate 87%. Conclusions ： Using DHS to treat intertrochanteric fracture is reliable and easy to operation,The incidence of Coxa varao is very low, it is one of the best way to treat the intertrochanteric fracture.
