城市交通设计问题总结和经验借鉴

Experiences Concerning Urban Traffic Design Problems

在目前国内的城市规划、设计和建设当中,交通设计没有作为一个独立的部分来完成,缺乏功能性的考虑,重视程度不够。交通系统效率、交通秩序和安全性往往是通过合理、巧妙的交通设计来实现,因此交通设计是自上而下,体现交通规划理念和原则的重要组成部分。围绕步行交通、交叉口、停车、交通换乘枢纽四个方面,针对国内外交通设计存在的问题和经验,阐述交通设计的思想,并用实例来证明其应用的合理性。

In current practice of urban planning, design and construction in China, traffic design has not been treated as an independent part, lack- ing enough consideration of its functionality. Through an appropriate and ingenious traffic design, efficiency, orderliness and safety of a transportation system can be achieved. Traffic design is a top-down process, reflecting the important elements of transportation planning concepts and principles, and taking into account issues related to pedestrian traffic, street intersection, parking, and transit transfer centers. According to experiences in traffic design gained at home and abroad, this paper presents some ideas about urban traffic design with examples showing the rationalities of those ideas in real-world applications.
