摘要
目的探讨优势内容递增教育法对糖尿病胰岛素泵强化治疗患者的健康教育质量的影响。方法将90例使用糖尿病胰岛素泵强化治疗患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组均为45例。对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,实验组运用优势内容递增教育法实施健康教育,实施健康教育后两组采用问卷调查法调查病人健康知识掌握情况及对健康教育的满意度,并对调查结果进行分析。结果实验组健康知识的得分及对健康教育的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用优势内容递增教育法对糖尿病胰岛素泵强化治疗患者进行健康教育,能提高患者疾病健康知识和健康教育满意度,对提高胰岛素泵治疗的疗效有着重要的意义。
Objective To explore the effect of progressive dominant content education method on the quality of health education in patients treated by insulin pump. Methods 90 patients treated by insulin pump were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. The progressive dominant content education method was used in the experimental group, and the traditional health education method was used the control group. After health education, the two groups were surveyed on the education results. Result The experimental group had better knowledge and was more satisfied with the health education than the control group. Conclusion Progressive dominant content education method can improve patients' knowledge about the disease and improve the therapeutic effectiveness.
