健康教育对2型糖尿病病人的影响

目的观察健康教育对2型糖尿病病人的影响。方法对42例2型糖尿病病人进行了为期5个月的糖尿病知识教育,比较病人教育前后空腹血糖、胰岛素敏感指数、体重指数及生活方式的变化情况。结果糖尿病病人知识教育前后空腹血糖、胰岛素敏感指数、体重指数、血压及建立良好生活方式等项比较,差异有统计学意义。结论健康教育可帮助病人建立良好的生活方式,降低病人血糖水平。

Objective To explore the effect of health education on patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 42 patients with type 2 diabetes took part in the diabetic health education program for 5 months. The fasting plasma glucose, insulin sensitive index, body mass index and life style before and after the education were compared. Result There were significant difference in fasting plasma glucose, insulin sensitive index, body mass index before and after the education. Conclusion Health education can improve the insulin sensitive index and life style in patients with type 2 diabetes.
