纤维支气管镜导入球囊治疗咯血的护理

目的总结气道内球囊导管置入治疗咯血的护理要点。方法回顾分析我科2003年12月-2005年10月收治的9例支气管扩张并咯血,行气道内球囊导管置入治疗咯血患者的护理配合情况。结果 9例患者经气道内球囊导管置入压迫止血治疗过程顺利,效果良好,均无发生再出血。结论气道内球囊导管置入治疗咯血的成功与否固然与医生操作熟练程度密切相关,但护士充分的术前准备,术中密切配合,良好的术后观察及护理是压迫止血成功的重要措施。

Objective To discuss the nursing cooperation in treating hemoptysis with endobronchial tamponade using balloon-tipped catheter. Method Nursing points in 9 cases of hemoptysis treated with endobronchial tampenadc in our department from December 2003 to October 2005 were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results Bleeding control was achieved in all 9 patients treated with endobronehial tampenade, and no bleeding reoccurred. Conclusion The nursing cooperation including preparation before the operation, handling in the operation and observation after the operation is one of the important factors for the success of bleeding control with cndobronchial tamponade, as well as the skill of doctors.
