胸部术后肺部并发症的预防及护理

目的预防和降低胸部术后肺部并发症的发生。方法采用护理“八字法”,即将“通、咳、翻、拍、吸、动、止、控”贯穿于开胸手术病人护理过程中。结果本组118例胸部手术病人无并发症发生,全部痊愈出院。结论把“八字法”应用于开胸手术病人护理的全过程,能收到良好的护理效果。

Objective To prevent and lower the occurrence of the complications in the lungs after the chest surgery. Methods Methods used in the process of operation and nursing were as follows： keep the patient＇s breath smooth, clear his phlegm, turn him over ff necessary, pat on his back to get the phlegm out, help him respire, move about after operation, let him take pills to ease the pain, and keep a good control over the amount of liquid. Result 118 patients recovered from their illness after the operation without any complications. Conclusion The above-mentioned methods proved to be very effective in preventing and lowering the occurrence of complications in the lungs after the chest surgery.
