重症监护室患儿家长心理应激因素的分析与对策

Analysis of psychological stress factors in childrens' parents in ICU

目的探讨重症监护室患儿家长的心理应激因素及对策。方法采用自行设计的心理应激因素调查表及状态-特质焦虑量表对108名重症监护室患儿家长的心理情况进行调查。结果家长心理应激因素主要有:担心子女不能得到很好照顾、担心治疗失败、担心后遗症、对治疗方法不了解4个方面,分别占96．5％、95．4％、95．4％、75。4％。NICU 患儿家长焦虑评分为57．78±5．33．显著高于常模39．71±18．89。结论对患儿家长进行有效的心理对策能降低NICU患儿家长的心理应激程度,提高护理工作效率,有利于患儿的康复。

Objective To explore the psychological stress factors in parents of children in NICU. Methods 108 parents of children in NICU were investigated with self-made questionnaire. Results The main psychological stress factors in parents of children in NICU were as follows： children will not receive good care （96.5%）; the therapy will fail （95.4%）; there will be serious sequelae （95.4%）; they have no idea of the treatment （75.4%）. The anxiety score was significantly higher than the norm. Conclusion Effective psychological measures will help reduce parents＇ anxiety and improve nursing efficiency.
