百桔止咳颗粒的质量标准研究

Quality Standards of Baijie Zhike Granule

目的:研究制定百桔止咳颗粒的质量控制指标。方法:采用薄层色谱法对百桔止咳颗粒中的青蒿、桔梗、甘草等药味进行了定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的橙皮苷进行了含量测定。结果:青蒿、桔梗、甘草等药味的薄层色谱清晰,无干扰,重现性良好;橙皮苷在0.041μg￣0.203μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率达到100.40%,RSD=2.37%。结论:方法简便,专属性强,可作为该制剂的质量控制指标。

Objective：To study the quality standards of Baijie Zhike Granule. Methods：Herba A rtemisiae A nnu-ae, Radix Platycodi, Radix Glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC, and Hesperidin was determined by HPLC. Results： TLC spots developed were fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference. Hesperidin showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.041 μg-0.203μg. The average recovery rate was up to 100.40 %, RSD was 2.37%. Conclusions：These methods are simple with strong specificity and good reproducibility, and can be used as the quality control of this preparation.
