摘要
本文通过对实际服务排队系统的详细分析,利用排队论的相关知识建立了服务排队系统对应的两种数学模型,针对这两种数学模型进行了详细的分析和推导,得到了顾客有休假期的排队系统的一些公式和结果。在现实生活中可以利用本文的结论来改进某些服务业的排队系统,在不改进服务系统的情况下实现顾客在排队中的休假,提高顾客的时间利用率,改进顾客对系统的满意程度。
This paper establishes two kind of eorrespanding mathematical models using the queuing theory through the detailed analysis to the actual service queuing system,carries on the detailed analysis and the inferential reasoning in view of these two kind of mathematical models, obtains some formulas and the result of the queuing system customers has vacation. We can improve the queuing system of certain service industries in the real life using the conclusion of this paper,carries out the customer's vacation in queuing under the situation not improving the service system, raises the eustomer' s time using rate,improves the customer's satisfactory extent to the system.
