摘要
本文对体操裁判员心理活动的不同表现和影响裁判员心理状态的因素进行了分析,研究了裁判员在裁判中的消极因素,提出了如何调控体操裁判员心理行为的方法。
the author analyzes the various expressions of gymnastics judges＇ mentality and the factors that affect their mental state,makes a study of the negative effect while they are grading, puts forward his opinions on how to adjust and control gymnastics referee＇s psychological behaviour.
