本文通过对形体、形体美的阐述,讨论了大学生应合理安排健身运动;合理膳食和营养;养成良好生活习惯和保持稳定心态。塑造一个健美的形体,让身心达到最佳健康状态,为贯彻终身体育思想打下良好的基础。
This essay aims at analysing on the building of body, discussing the possibility for the college students to use their time and arrange their exercises reasonably; take in reasonable meals and nutrition, to provide themselves a good habit and life and a stable mind. They can help people build a healthy, strong and handsome body to make their body and mood perfeet. And they are also fundamental for carrying out the life long physical education thesis.
