汕头口岸集装箱携带医学媒介生物输入性的风险评估

Risk evaluation on introduction of medical vector by containers at Shantou Port

目的为口岸更好地防制热带病传入传出提供参考。方法以汕头口岸2002-2004年集装箱携带医学媒介生物查验结果进行媒介生物输入性风险分析评估。结果在入境集装箱中查获的医学媒介生物主要来自13个国家和地区,种类为蚊、蝇和蜚蠊三大类,每年均出现媒介生物查获高峰期。结论集装箱携带的医学媒介生物存在传播热带病的高度风险,是应当高度关注的一个公共卫生问题。

Objective To provide scientific data for the prevention and control of infectious diseases at ports. Methods To analyze and evaluate the transmission risk of infectious diseases based on the data of vectors found in containers from 2002 through 2004 at Shantou Port. Results Vectors found in containers were from 13 countries and regions, and mainly consists of three kinds： mosquito, fly and cockroach. There was a high season of vector finding each year. Conclusion Container carrying vectors is a high risk factor of infectious disease spreading, a severe public health issue and should be given great concern.
