As an important supplement of regular finance in China, the folk finance has the vital significance to the continual development of regional economy whether its movement is normal or not. Through analyzing the present situations, characteristics and original reasons for the fund outflow in Quanzhou resident, the article elaborates the possible influence of fund outflow to the regional economy in details, and based on the above foundations, proposes the countermeasure and the suggestion how to guide the influence of regional funds and finally, promote the area economy development effectively.
