介绍了一种基于Siemens SIMATIC的WinCC组态软件、S7-400冗余PLC和Profibus-DP现场总线组成的污水处理综合自动化控制系统;分析了污水处理的工艺流程,根据工艺流程设计了系统监控级、主站级和现场级的分布式冗余控制系统结构以及控制网络的形式;介绍了系统各组成部分的软、硬件构成及其特性特点;阐述了系统工作的基本原理和主要过程,并对各控制层之间的垂直通讯进行了讨论。该系统自动化程度和可靠性都有较大的提高,实现了污水厂的全自动控制,实际运行效果显著。
A wastewater treatment system based on the SIMATIC WinCC, S7-400PLC and Profibus-DP is presented, The trealment process of wastewater treatment integrated system is analyzed. According to the process, the structure of the redundant distributed control system and the system control network of the management level, cell level and field level are designed. The hardware, software and some features of the system portion are introduced. The system working principles and process are described, The vertical communication between levels is discussed. This system implements the whole automatic control, with a good outcome.
