摘要
针对某钢铁焦炉集气管压力系统具有强耦合、强干扰、典型非线性的特点,提出了集气管的模糊专家控制方法,并详细介绍了新2#焦炉集气管压力控制器的设计方法。该方法将模糊控制、前馈控制、专家控制相结合,把三种方法的简便性、可靠性、抗扰动快速性、灵活性融为一体,发挥各自的长处。实际运行结果表明,当外界因素引起集气管压力波动时,系统能迅速调节N2#蝶阀开度使压力在30 s内达到稳定,保证压力稳定在工艺要求波动范围内。
Based on the collector pressure system of coke-oven which is strongly coupled and disturbed, non-linear multi-variable system, a fuzzy-expert control method is presented. The pressure auto-controller of the second new coke is introduced in detail. It is a hybrid intelligent control approach which incorporates fuzzy control with feed-forward control and expert control. It integrates simplicity, reliability, flexibility and rapidity in restraining disturbance by making full use of each method's advantages. Practical results show that when the outer factors cause the pressure fluctuant , the system can make it stable in the technics area through tuning up the papilionaceeus -valve in 30 second.
