Regional sustainable development relies on rational use and development of its territorial resources,esp. The authors analyzed its territorial resources utility situation and the beneficial factors of natural resources, point out the problem on developing these resources in the mountain area. put forward some principles of sustainable development, and proposed the general thinking and measares to realize sustainable use.
