Discussion on Ecosystem Irrigation System of Mountain Area in Hunan Province

从湖南省山丘区的特点出发:根据生态学和系统工程的原理;在充分利用雨水的基础上,研究灌溉问题。对缓解湖南省山丘区用水矛盾、减少水土流失、防止旱涝灾害、改善生态环境有着重要的意义。

With the characteristics of the mountain area in Hunan Province,basing on the principle of ecology and the system engineering and on the foundation of making use of rain water well, the irrigation problem was studied, It has important meaning to alleviate the tension of ware using in mountain area,reduce soil erosion,prevent the disaster of drought and flood and improve the ecosystem environment in Hunan Province.
