摘要
根据多年来地质环境以及地质灾害调查研究和工作实践,文章充分研究突发性地质灾害孕育的地质环境条件、地质灾害发育分布、人类活动以及气象因素之间的关系,通过计算滑坡灾害“潜势度”、“发育度”、“易发度”和建立临界降雨量预警判据,采用GIS技术与数学模型整合的空间分析方法,实现了江苏省汛期突发性地质灾害气象预警,2004年和2005年汛期实践结果表明,效果较好。
According to many years' investigation on geological environment and geological hazards. This paper studies the relationship among geo-environmental condition, geo-h.azard distribution, human factors and rainfall. By calculating "potential index", "distribution density" and "susceptibility classes" of landslide hazards,the critical precipitation amount was suggested. Using the coupling spatial analysis method of GIS and mathematical model to criterion of early-warning of geologic hazard in the raing period were formulated. The practice during 2004 and 2005 mining periods shows that the above method is applicable.
