本文概要介绍了我国21世纪发展白皮书—《中国21世纪议程》；全面列举了国际社会对西北地区第一批优先项目支持的承诺，勾勒了西北地区“可持续发展之路”的轮廓．
An outline of the white book,'The 21 Century's Agenda of China', is introduced and the promises given by international organizations and other countries to support the first prior items in Northwest China are also enumerated comprehensively in this paper; an overall idea about the ways of sustainable development in Northwest China is presented finally.
