糖尿病患者γ-谷氨酰氨基转移酶与胰岛素抵抗的关系 被引量:5

The relationship between Gamma-glutamyl transferase and insulin resistance in patients with diabetic mellitus

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病患者γ-谷氨酰氨基转移酶(GGT)与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法选择102例2型糖尿病患者,检测空腹血糖、GGT、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹胰岛素,用HOMA模式计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。根据GGT测定结果,分为GGT升高组和GGT正常组,进行比较分析。结果GGT升高组糖尿病患者HOMA-IR和TG水平分别为(3.841±2.224)、(2.70±1.85)mmol/L,明显高于GGT正常组的(2.236±1.749)、(1.49±0.60)mmol/L(t=4.037、4.472,P<0.001)。相关分析,GGT与HOMA-IR呈正相关(r=0.189,P<0.05),TG与HOMA-IR呈明显正相关(r=0.291,P<0.01)。结论糖尿病患者血清GGT水平增高与胰岛素抵抗有一定的关联,GGT有可能是糖尿病的一种危险标志。 Objective To study the relationship between Gamma glutamyl transferase(GGT) and insulin resistance in patients with diabetic meUitus.Methods The 102 patients with 2 type diabetic mellitus were selected, and serum levels of fast blood glucose, GGT, triglyceride(TG) and insulin were measured. The insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) was calculated by the model of HOMA. The 102 patients were divided into high GGT group and normal GGT group by the serum level of GGT.Results HOMA-IR (3.841±2.224) and TG levels (2.70±1.85mmolA) in high GGT group were higher obviously than those (2.236±1.749,1.49±0.6mmol/1) of normal GGT group, and the differences were significant(t=4.037,4.472, P〈0.001).Positive correlation was shown between GGT and HOMA-IR(r=0.189,P〉0.05), significant positive correlation was shown between TG and HOMA-IR(r=0,291,P〈0.01).Concluslon There is some correlation between serum GGT and insulin resistance in patients with diabetic mellitus, and GGT may be a risk mark of diabetic mellitus.
