摘要
目的研究贝科能穴复合辅酶雪对心肺复苏后大鼠甲状腺滤泡细胞的保护作用。方法实验采用窒息合并冰氯化钾停跳液致大鼠心跳骤停5min后开始心肺复苏的动物CPR模型,24只雄性Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠随机分为3组(每组8只):对照组穴假手术组雪,常规复苏组,贝科能治疗组;复苏后24h采血用酶微粒子捕捉法、荧光偏振法测定血清中T3、T4、TSH的浓度;采用透射电镜观察甲状腺滤泡细胞的损伤情况;采用比色法测定甲状腺组织丙二醛穴MDA雪含量及超氧化物歧化酶穴SOD雪、Na+-K+-ATP酶活力。结果透射电镜下可见复苏后大鼠甲状腺滤泡细胞损伤,血清T3、T4浓度明显降低,甲状腺组织中MDA含量明显增高,SOD及Na+-K+-ATP酶活力显著降低;贝科能治疗组各项指标检测均好于常规复苏组。结论贝科能对复苏后大鼠甲状腺具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effects of Biocoen on thyroid injury in rats after cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR). Methods The CPR animal model was established as: cardiac arrest was induced by asphyxiation and ice..-cold KCI, resuscitation efforts begun later five minutes after the arrest. Twenty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:sham control group; common treatment group and Biocoen intervention group(n=8,per group).Later 24h after resuscitation, the serum levels of T3,T4 and TSH, the level of MDA,and the activity of Na^+-K^+-ATPase and SOD were detected;and the injuries of thyroid follicular cells were observed.Results The serum levels of T3,T4 declined significantly after CPR. Under the transmission electron microscope (TEM),injury of follicular epithelial cells could be observed in post- resuscitational rats.After CPR,quantity of MDA increased greatly (P〈0.05), meanwhile,enzyme activity of SOD and Na^+-K^+-ATPase in thyroid declined markedly compared to the control group (P〈0.05).But these markers were alleviated significantly by Biocoen. Conclusion Biocoen plays an important role in the protection of the thyroid tissue after CPR.
