According to the construction of Wushaoling Tunnel, the characters of high ground - stress and soft - rock large deformation tunnel and regulating methods are expounded. The stress and deformation of tunnel support with rock bolt and without rock bolt are compared through model calculation. The vital effects of rock bolt support in regulating large deformation are explained.
