研究住宅供暖计量热量与计量收费的关系,重点要区别住户的计量热量与理论耗热量的关系,理论耗热量是计量收费的依据。计量热量收费时,必须考虑计量收费调整系数。给出了计量热量的综合修正系数,即位置系数及户间传热修正系数的概念及确定方法。

This paper discusses the relationship between heat metering and heat charge, the purpose of which is to establish the relation of metering numeral and theoretical heat consumption. The theoretical heat consumption is the basis for the calculation of the charges, and the heat charge must take into consideration the adjustment coefficient of the heat metering numeral. This paper puts forward the concept of the comprehensive correction coefficient of the heat metering numeral-the coefficient of position and the coefficient of heat transfer between residential units and the method to decide them.
