摘要
即时顾客化定制对供应链的快速响应带来了极大的挑战。本文首先分析了传统供应链模式存在的问题,以及即时顾客化定制对供应链的要求,在此基础上提出了信息协调型供应链。并阐述了构建信息协调型供应链的基本思想和模式,最后重点探讨了构建信息协调型供应链的主要方法。该研究为构建信息协调型供应链指出了可行思路。
Instant Customerization brings a great challenge to supply chain′s quick response. This paper analyzes the weakness of traditional supply chain and the demands of Instant Customerization for supply chain firstly. On the basis of this, Information Harmonized Supply Chain (IHSC) is proposed. Then main ideas and model of constructing IHSC are presented. Finally, the methods of constructing IHSC are discussed in detail. This study points out a way to construct IHSC.
