摘要
目的:研究桑寄生对培养人HepG2细胞的葡萄糖消耗作用,初步探讨桑寄生的降糖作用机理。方法:采用人的培养的HepG2细胞,检测24h后培养液中葡萄糖的消耗量,用MTT法监测细胞增殖的情况。结果:桑寄生在高糖状态下可使HepG2细胞的葡萄糖消耗量增加,对胰岛素刺激的HepG2细胞的葡萄糖消耗量增加有协同作用。结论:促进外周组织的葡萄糖代谢、提高肝细胞对胰岛素的敏感性可能是桑寄生防治2型糖尿病的作用机理之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of extracts of Hcrba taxilli on glucose consumption in cultured HepG2 cells and investigate the hypoglycemic mechanism of it initially. Methods: Cultured HepG2 cells of human were used to detect the 24 hours" consumption of glucose in Cultured fluid,MTT assay was used to monitor the proliferation of the HepG2 cells. Results: Herba taxiUi could increase the glucose consumption of HepG2 cells and enhance the glucose consumption in coordination with insulin. Conclusion : Promoting the glucose consumption rate of peripheral tissue and enhance the sensitivity of hepatocytes to insulin may be one of the possible hypoglycemic mechanisms of Herba taxilli.
