正交试验法优选痒安洗剂的制备工艺

Studies on Preparation Process of Yang'an Lotion

目的:优选痒安洗剂的制备工艺;方法:分别以总挥发油提取率和苦参碱的含量为量化指标,优选水蒸汽蒸馏提取挥发油和水提醇沉的最佳提取工艺。结果:挥发油的最佳提取工艺为A3B1C3,即加水量为14倍,浸泡0.5h,提取7h;水提醇沉工艺的最优方案为A3B3C2D3,即加16倍水,煎煮2次,每次2h,醇沉浓度为80%;结论:本法为痒安洗剂提取工艺的确定提供了可靠的实验数据。

Objective： To choose the optimal extraction process d the Chinese herbal preparation Yangan Lotion. Methods： By orthogonal design ,with extractive yield d volatile oil and the content d Matrine determined by HPLC as indexes, the optimal oil and water extraction ooedition was studied. Results： The optimum oil extraction condition ： Adding 14 times water, soaking for 0.5 hour and extracting for 7 hours. The best water-extra.on condition： boiled twice with 16 times water, 2 hours for each time and 80% alcoholsedimentm. Conclusion： The results provide the basic for the ascertainment of preparation process of Yang＇an Lotion.
