愈风颗粒对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型脑神经细胞凋亡影响的实验研究

The Experimental Study of Yufeng Grain on Cerebral Ischemic and Reperfusion Injury Neuronal Apoptosis on Rats

目的:研究愈风颗粒对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤模型神经细胞凋亡的影响。方法:采用大脑双侧颈总动脉闭塞的不完全性脑缺血再灌注模型,选用愈风颗粒及尼莫地平对模型进行治疗,另设正常组做对照。观察各组大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞的病理学、超微病理学以及TUNEL阳性细胞数变化。结果:模型组大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞凋亡数显著高于正常组;中药组及西药组神经细胞凋亡数显著低于模型组;光镜及电镜结果显示模型组大鼠局部脑组织细胞有明显的凋亡现象,而愈风颗粒组有明显的改善作用。结论:愈风颗粒对急性缺血性神经细胞凋亡有一定的拮抗作用。

Objective： Observing the effect of YuFeng Grain on Rats. Methods： Rats were closely bilateral common carotid arteries to make the model of incomplete cerebral isehemic and reperfusion injury. The effect of YuFeng Grain on microstucture, ultrastructure and the neuronal apoptosis of brain was examined. Results： Compared with normal control group, The level of TUNEL in brain of model group increased significantly, microstructure and uhrastructure of brain appear notable apoptosis after incomplete cer- ebral ischemic and reperfusion injury. YuFeng Grain group can relieve the apoptosis of brain cells. Conclusion ： YuFeng Grain has signifyeantly protective effect on neuronal apoptosis of cerebral ischemic and repeffusion injury in Rats.
