加味四妙丸水液部分糖类成分的含量测定

摘要 目的:进一步提取、纯化加味四妙丸水液部分,建立糖的含量测定方法。方法:采用蒽酮-硫酸法比色测定。结果:复方水液部分糖类成分的含量为6.4%,平均回收率为98.99%,RSD=2.98%(n=5)。结论:此法简便、快速、可行,重现性较好。 Objective: In order to extract and further puritify water-soluble part of modified Simiao Powder,a method for determination of the content of saccharides was established. Methods : The content of saecharides was determined by UV spectrophotometric method with anthrone - sulfuric acid as coloring reagent. Results : The content of saccharides in water - soluble part was 6.4%. The average value of the recovery was 98.99% with 2.98% of RSD( n =5). Conclusion: The method was simple,rapid and well reproducible.
