疏凿饮子加减治疗原发性肾病综合征48例——附西药治疗38例对照

The Clinical Curative Effect That Shuzaoyinzi Management Nephritic Syndrome 48 Cases ——Afflliated Western Medicine Management Nephritic Syndrome 38 cases

目的:观察疏凿饮子加减治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:将86例随机分为治疗组48例,疏凿饮子随症加减;对照组38例,单纯西药治疗。结果:治疗组总效率为93.8%,对照组总效率为71.1%。两组比较p<0.01,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect that shuzaoyinzi management nephritic syndrome. Methods ： 86 patients were divided into two groups in random, 48 cases were treated by shuzaoyinzi, 38 cases treated by western medicine in control group. Result： the total effective rate were 93.8% in treat group, the control group were 71.1%, the total effective rate in treat group were higher than control group （ P 〈0.01）.
