摘要
老年性痴呆(AD)属于中医老年呆病的范畴。对于本病的基本病机中医学有着深刻的认识,本文通过对大量中医文献的研究,结合作者的临床体会,提出了肾虚髓衰、脑络痹阻是老年性痴呆的基本病机。其中,肾精气亏虚、髓海不足是老年性痴呆发病的根本病机,而痰瘀互结、阻滞脑络则是老年性痴呆发病的重要因素。
Alzheimer＇s diseaes was belonging to senile dementia of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Deficiency of kidney and debility of marrow, blockage of brain collateral was the basic pathogene.sis of AD. Deficiency of kidney-qi and debility of marrow was the basic pathogenesis and stagnation of phlegm in brain collateral was the important factor.
